NFL Ticket Exchange & Groupon • Ticket Promotion
The NFL Ticket Exchange marketing team had an opportunity to partner with Groupon for a discount ticket offering. Communication about the offer was delivered through a marketing email, which led the consumer to a co-branded landing page. The shopper experience was split; beginning on Groupon’s website and ending on the Ticket Exchange for checkout. The challenge was to deliver a seamless, cohesive, experience between the sites. The final experience, shown below, was successfully delivered with minimal UX disruption.
